Case 01 · Drover Fencing Co.

Quote to paid, in one command

The problem

Every job started with an hour of admin

Hand-typed quotes, forgotten deposits, job sheets and materials priced from scratch, then invoicing at the end — all run off a Facebook page and a Gmail inbox. Hours of back-office work per job, before a post ever went in the ground.

The system we built

One file, one command, the whole back office

We wired the admin around the tools already in use — no CRM, no monthly software. Every job lives in a single source of truth. One command turns rough site notes into a branded quote, a job sheet and a materials list — numbered, priced, deposit split automatically. A dashboard tracks what's quoted, won and owed; payment reminders draft themselves in Gmail; jobs book and follow up through the calendar.
