Why does the consult cost $500?

Because it's real work, not a sales call. We look properly at how one part of your business runs and give you a written plan you can use whether or not you ever work with us.

Do I have to buy a build afterwards?

No. Plenty of businesses take the plan and run with it themselves. If you'd like us to build it, you'll have a fixed quote in hand.

How are builds priced?

One fixed price for the setup, agreed before we start, then a monthly fee that covers hosting, monitoring, small changes and a monthly check in. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice.

What if it doesn't work?

If the system doesn't do what we agreed in the scope, we fix it at no cost. If we still can't make it work, we refund the setup fee.

What happens to my data?

It stays in your accounts wherever possible. We never sell it, and we never use your data or your customers' data to train AI models. The detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Do you only work in Brisbane?

No. Everything is done remotely, so we work with businesses anywhere in Australia.
